However, Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) has one of the most restrictive policies in the country on the introduction of 20 MPH limits and, consequently, the limit remains 30 MPH.

HCC is now reviewing its Speed Management Strategy and is conducting a survey: “Setting Speed Limits in Hertfordshire”. This is your chance to make your voice heard and influence policy.
