East Herts Planning Officers Back Hill House Development

Planning officers are recommending to EHC’s district councillors that they approve planning permission for the development of 31 houses. Councillors will decide whether to accept the recommendation at this meeting: Agenda for Development Management Committee on Wednesday 15th April, 2026, 7.00 pm – East Herts District Council  from where there is also a link to the planning officers’ report.

The parish council will have 3 minutes to address the meeting. We will be making the case that the proposed development of this site is not in accordance with our neighbourhood plan.
