A120 BYPASS – ALBURY ROAD CLOSURE EXTENDED TO 28 JUNE

A letter has been sent to residents to highlight that the 24/7 closure of Albury Road has been extended until the end of June, an additional month although they will endeavour to finish the works as soon as practicable. Reasons for the date extension given as:

• sub contracted utility company staff were initially furloughed and these staff members are now returning to work in line with government guidance; and
• during the works , uncharted services were encountered which required a re-design of the drainage.
