STANSTED AIRPORT PUBLIC INQUIRY

The proposed expansion of Stansted Airport is being decided by a Public Inquiry which opened on Tuesday 12th January 2021.

The Parish Council submitted its objections to this proposed expansion earlier in January, preceded by the script that Cllr Duncan McDonald used when he spoke at the Inquiry on the 13th January – click HERE

Due to the current national lockdown, this Inquiry is being held virtually and the Stansted Inquiry Portal has been set up, and is available to anyone wishing to watch the live streaming of the Inquiry. Also, for anyone who wants to view the recording of any of the sessions, the recordings will be uploaded onto the portal following each day of the Inquiry and are expected to be available to view within 24-48 hours.
